Tuesday's New Location! & Recipe

     Exciting news! For the summer my current Yoga class, held on Tuesday nights @ 7:30, will be returning to Encore Dance Academy in Plainville. We (myself and my students) loved the spacious inviting studio when we were there last year, and I know we will love it again. Guess what else? It's air-conditioned, ahhhh.

     Please note that Thursday's 7:45pm Yoga class will continue to be held at the wonderful Villari's Martial Arts Center in Walpole--we love it there too! I hope you'll join us to stay fit and fabulous all summer long!

Watermelon Cooler Slushy

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
10 ice cubes
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup white sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
1.Place watermelon and ice into a blender. Pour in lime juice, sugar, and salt. Blend until smooth.
